Our CABINS (Starting  as low as $50. a night)  Drop Ins are welcome if we have any cabins available. Sleep up to 5 people each and include kitchenette with amenities.  Each is individually set in a park like setting for privacy and includes a covered porch with a fire pit.  It also has dishes for up to 5, an RV size refrigerator, a small microwave, a 10 cup coffee maker with Folgers coffee and more.  Complete with peace and tranquility.   Our Cabins start at $50.00 a night + or - a few $$$.  Holidays are usually more. BUNKHOUSE (Starting  as low as $150. a night) RESERVATIONS   Sleeps  12  people and includes a full kitchen with dining room  and 2 bathrooms. It also has 2 separate bedrooms. Each Bedroom has 2 full size bottom beds and 2 twin top beds (upper bunks) and the living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. (max. total of 14 people).   2 Night Minimum unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.  (14 Total if 2 sleep on the hide-a-bed sofa in the living room). All bedding and linens provided.  Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free.  

We recently put all new corelle dishes for up to 16, flatware, new sheets for all of the beds and I made most of the quilts (all hand stitched)  and curtains to match.  We also purchased a nice carpet shampooer. Phil put in a lot of new plumbing and fixtures during the winter.  We also made shelves and put in  a  VCR with a nice Color TV and satellite 'Dish Network premium channels with Sirius Music' . It is very clean and quite nice with propane heating.  It also has two separate rather roomy bathrooms with full size showers and all of the linens.  A very large double sized refrigerator / freezer, and includes a full sized four burner stove with an oven, a stainless double sink and some basic pots and pans for cooking with utensils. A full sized microwave, etc...We supply dish towels, paper towels, Folgers coffee w/ a 12 cup coffee maker, dish detergent, hand soap, and toilet paper . You can bring trash bags and paper plates. It has covered parking.  All reservations require credit card to secure.   All Holidays need to cancel 14 days in advance.   All other days 48 hours in advance.  No Shows may be charged full price. Please call us if  you can.  Special Event Bookings will be handled on an individual basis and require a 30 day cancellation policy with a 25% deposit due. Holidays Call for Prices! Holidays are usually more with a 2 night minimum.  Group Rate for the whole place is $650.00 per day and excludes all others for any bookings, 25% deposit required at time of booking. 35 people includes  14 in bunk house + 5 in each cabin (X 4 cabins) = 20 For a total of 34 + 1 Infant...Tents / RV's /and more than 35 persons advanced arrangements can be made.  Payment is due on arrival.  

Dogs $5.00 per day each - please notify us if you are bringing your pets.
